We use quality natural and organic, locally produced products to help nurture your body, relax your mind and invigorate your senses. Our natural spa products are made in small batches to avoid having to use chemical preservatives. By using locally made products wherever possible, we support local manufacturers, businesses and the local economy, while reducing our carbon footprint of transport. We have sourced only the highest quality products from abroad for those which are not produced on the island.

Treatment Menu

Massages

Using a combination of Swedish and Balinese massage techniques, including thumb walking, skin rolling, percussion and a pressure point foot massage, the Traditional Balinese Massage decreases body tension and relives muscle aches and is for those who prefer a strong, penetrating massage with firm pressure.

Using firm thumb pressure, the Balinese massage relieves tension and fatigue, reduces stress and headaches, leaving your whole body relaxed.

Starting with Balinese body palming, followed by a full body massage and traditional pandan compresses which have a calming effect to quiet the body and mind.

Let your cares melt away as this blissful massage using warm massage oil, with your choice of essential oil, improves your circulation and enhances the lymphatic system to improve organ function.

Warm stone massage follows the same principles of Swedish massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps to deepen relaxation. The penetrating effects of the heated stones allow the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure.

Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes and light, rythmic tapping strokes on the topmost layers of the muscles with the prdominant use of thumbs, finger tips and palms. It is both relaxing and energzing.

Steamed herbal compresses are applied, following a traditional Bali massage. This is a more gentle massage that is good for especially sore or tender areas. The heat from the herbal compresses dilates blood vessels and increases the blood and oxygen flow throughout the body while improving organ efficiency.

We got the couples package which required booking prior. Easy booking process, however if liaising via email do not expect instant replies, for fast response call them. Very friendly staff and the treatment is relaxing leaving you feel pampered. Facilities were very clean and spacious. Our package included: Balinese massage with choice of oil, chocolate scrub and flower bath.  Our skin was left super smooth, if you have eczema there was no issues with the scrub either. Placed this spa in top 3 of my spa experiences in Indonesia. Great full experience starting with lovely entrance, friendly staff and a good range of treatments! You’re welcomed with a ginger tea and selection of oils for your massage. The treatment rooms are nice and clean with dimmed lights and calming sounds. The massage itself was medium to strong, the therapist really worked hard to get the knot out of my shoulder 😊
